FYI: Rohm Emanuel the author of the Clinton Administrations 1994 Assault Weapon Ban is back in the White House with more power than he had during the Clinton years. He is Obama's Chief of Staff so it won't be long before a new Assault Weapons Ban becomes the law of the land. And you can bet this one will be stronger and may not have a sunset clause. Better get what you need now, because here come the gun grabbing Democrat's and there go your Second Amendment rights.
