If your order is less than 13 ounces it will be shipped with the USPS First Class Mail over 13 ounces we will ship you order with the USPS Priority Mail.  Larger packages and heavy items will be shipped via the USPS Parcel Post.

No returns or refunds after 30 days from invoice or credit card receipt date. Return of non-defective goods are subject to a 25% re-stocking charge as compensation for time lost associated with the sale, packaging, shipping & return receiving and re-stocking. You must notify us of your intention to return an item, and receive our acknowledgement prior to shipping.

Call for return instructions as necessary 708-799-6161. All returns must be prepaid and insured. COD's will be returned to you at your cost. All shipments are adequately insured when shipped. If you package arrives damaged, alert the delivery person and immediate initiate a claim with the carrier. Keep all packaging to support your claim. We will do what we can to assist you, but it is your responsibility to follow through on the claim with the carrier.
