OUR RETURN POLICY All of the parts we sell are REPLACEMENT PARTS for original equipment. If the parts you order are to modify a weapon from its original configuration they are purchased as "No Return No Refund". No returns or refunds are allowed after 30 days from invoice or credit card receipt date. Return of non-defective goods will be subject to a 25% re-stocking charge as compensation for time lost associated with the sale, packaging, shipping & return receiving and re-stocking. You must notify us of your intention to return an item, and receive our acknowledgement prior to shipping. Call for return instructions as necessary 708-799-6161. All returns must be prepaid and insured. COD's will be returned to you at your cost. All shipments are adequately insured when shipped. If you package arrives damaged, alert the delivery person and immediate initiate a claim with the carrier. Keep all packaging to support your claim. We will do what we can to assist you, but it is your responsibility to follow through on the claim with the carrier.
